I've Got Your Number - Sophie Kinsella

As the summary says, it is a charming chick lit. I enjoyed how the relationship between Poppy and Sam progress by each email and text message. I thought that was romantic as well as funny. Sam's personality is the kind I like in real life: guys who don't care what other people thinks (and people assume he is a bastard, miserable cold-heart guy), when in reality, people just misunderstands.

There are lot of funny moments. My favorite was when Poppy and Sam go to buy the replica of the engagement ring she lost. It was hilarious the misunderstanding.

I do think Poppy was a bit dumb most of the times. Sam was the nicest and most patient man ever, despite his attitude. He was very forgivable considering Poppy was too noisy sometimes. And it is precisely her personality that makes me consider to donate this book. I almost quit in the last 10 pages or so. She does something that is the stupidest thing in the world. Her decision almost ruins an otherwise enjoyable chick-lit.
