Nine Coaches Waiting (Rediscovered Classics) - Sandra Brown, Mary Stewart I was looking to read something similar to Victoria Holt's books. After a little research, I found Mary Stewart. Luckily, this book did not disappoint. It has the elements I love: a castle, a brave governess, a child who loves the governess, mystery. The only thing I did not like was the period when this is happening. I like this stories to be happening in a era where the phone doesn't exist, and neither cars. But that is just me; I guess I'm used to Victoria Holt's books.

Besides that, I like that Linda Martin, the main character, is a strong girl who fights in behalf of the boy, Phillipe. Even if that means that she has to suspect her love, Raoul. Even I had suspicions about him. Nevertheless, this book keep me reading with my heart beating fast, especially when she and Phillipe ran away from the house. Very entertaining.
