Five on a Treasure Island - Enid Blyton I have always liked Enid Blyton´s books when I was younger. Unfortunately, now I do not find them so believable. Yes, I still like to read her books, and I will continue, but the main characters, who are like 10-year-old children are not believable for me. They are too mature, nothing selfish and not at all resentful (or if they are, they forgive too easily).

Anyway, that is the only negative aspect I found in this book, cuz the adventure the children live (siblings Julian, Dick and Anna, and their cousin, George with her dog) is great. I would have love lo be in their shoes. Finding a treasure in a lost island? Amazing.
