The Boy in the Striped Pajamas - John Boyne I could not like Bruno, and I don't care he is only 9-years-old, he is just a kid, etc. Why being a kid is always an excuse for everything? He was selfish, egocentric, very 'naive' (unrealistically) and 'nice'; so 'nice; he denied he knew poor Schmuel, when he needed him the most. And he forgot the names of his 3 best friends? Unrealistic again.

Also, the translation of this book is not very good. Fuhrer does not mean Furias. And Auschwitz was incorrectly spelled.

EDIT: I just found out that Furias is on purpose, the same as Auschwitz :S
