Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret - Judy Blume This is one of those books I wish I have read when I was younger. It would have been meaningful when I was Margaret's age. And I find it ridiculous that it is/was on the list of Banned Books. Why? I don't see the point. Because it is about girls that are growing up? And that involves bras, period, crushes, etc. Is it because of the title? I love the title. Her personal chats with God are lovely.

Who cannot relate to Margaret's experiences? (oh, and about the pads and the belt. I was like "huh??". How did a pad with BELTS exist?)
