Excellent crime mystery. The author narrates the story from the POV of the people involved in the murder: on one hand, Yasuko, the victim's ex-wife and Ishigami, the neighbor in love with Yasuko; on the other, the detective in charge of the case, Kusanagi, and occasionally, Prof. Yukawa, also known as "Galileo" (he is a very intelligent physicist who used to be friend of Ishigami in college, and who admires him very much). So the reader is aware of the moves of the responsible of the murder, the reasons, their fears of being caught. But not everything is what it seems, and that twist at the end was marvelous. Very engaging book, from beginning to end.
