This is the story of a boy who wished he was born a girl.
A very tough topic; everyone suffers, from his family to the Grayson himself. He is bullied; his aunt keeps saying that what he proposes is wrong, but also there are people (like his classmates, mostly girls; his teacher) who support him.
The weak point on this book was Grayson's voice. I could not warm up to him. And considering that this is written from his POV, it is a big inconvenience
